SnApp Judgments: iStunt 2

Every night at 12:15 AM Pacific, Amazon gives away a free paid app through their Amazon app store. As I am usually awake at 12:15 AM Pacific, why not let you know if today’s app is useful, or just more clutter in your app drawer?
Today’s free app is iStunt2 by Miniclip.com and usually runs for $.99. It’s a stunt-based 2D snowboarding game – think Excitebike, if it was snowboarding, and done on a track from an old Sonic the Hedgehog game. The controls are mostly touch-based, so if your accelerometer sucks, you’re a dead man. The stunts are pretty easy to pull off, although if you miss, there are some fun ragdoll physics your guy goes through in the crash. The game has some definite playability to it — well worth your no money.
