Today’s free app is NodeBeat by AffinityBlue and usually runs for $1.95. It’s a music creation app, letting you put together new-age, techno sounding tunes whether you know what you’re doing or not.
Actually, it might help if you don’t know what you’re doing. A lot of the music generated by NodeBeat is pretty random. It’s less that you are creating music, so much as setting up a couple of parameters and letting the program do its thing. I don’t know how often I’d bother with the record function, but it’s definitely awesome that the option exists. This one is definitely worth the download.
