Angry Birds Invades RIM Playbook, Continues Platform Domination

If star of Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds Tippi Hedren has a mobile device, she must be freaking out right now, because there’s no escaping from Angry Birds! The omnipresent game from Rovio is now even available on the RIM PlayBook, with the original game as well as the  Rio and Seasons variations going for $4.99 each. That means the 47 people who bought a PlayBook (it’s not doing well) can play on their tablet, along with on their iOS, Maemo, HP webOS, Android, Symbian, Series 40, PSP/PlayStation 3, Mac OS X, Windows, WebGL, Windows Phone 7, Google Plus, Google Chrome, and Nintendo 3DS devices. Wait a second, how the heck is it not on Xbox 360 with Kinect support? That’s insane! This must be some kind of pig-based plot.

And as if your life wasn’t filled to the brim with Angry Birds already, enjoy their holiday song video.
