People were thrilled when it was announced that T-Mobile would finally carry the iPhone. The only downside was that there was no timeline. That has changed, and we now know to expect the iPhone 5 on April 12. We also know pricing.
Thanks to T-Mobile’s new UNcarrier plans, the iPhone 5 will be $99 down. You will then pay monthly payments of $20 a month until you pay off the full value of the phone. The same pricing applies to the Galaxy S IV, the Blackberry Z10, and the HTC One.
Unlocked iPhones have already proven popular on T-Mobile, but the chance to buy one designed to run on T-Mobile at full speeds, and at a lower overall cost of ownership, makes this a potentially great deal.
