Not much is known about Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) right now other than it’s likely going to add support for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and the OpenGL for Embedded Systems 3.0 graphics specification. Whether or not Jelly Bean’s launch affects the timetable for Android 5 (Key Lime Pie) is yet to be seen.
