New Nexus 7 Shows Up On Best Buy Early

That the third generation of Google’s Nexus tablet is on the way isn’t exactly the most well-kept secret. The specs are already out there, with little apparent difference from the previous Nexus 7 other than running Android 4.3. It’s unlikely that OS upgrade will be the only difference, but there’s no way of knowing.

Best Buy took leaks to the next level this morning by displaying the new model in search results. You can’t find it that way anymore, but as of this writing, direct links take you to the 16 GB ($229.99) and 32 GB ($269.99) models. You can chose to pre-order the yet unannounced device. To say we don’t recommend buying this before having details is putting it lightly, but it’s cool knowing it’s out there.
