Joe, and a bunch of other kiddie shows from the 80s to today.
Right now, Transformers Prime, My Little Pony, Pound Puppies, G.I. Joe: Renegades and The Adventures of Chuck & Friends are all currently available to watch instantly on Netflix. By the end of 2012, they will be joined by more classic kiddie shows like JEM & The Holograms, Transformers: Generation 1, G.I. Joe: Real American Heroes, Transformers: Beast Wars, and Transformers: Rescue Bots.
