Let us know if the NeatDesk continues to work well for you over time. My boss recently purchased one for his home use, and he’s had to have the scanner itself replaced twice now under warranty. The first unit just stopped working completely, and a second refurbished replacement they mailed him started scanning in completely black pages, or caused the software to pop up error messages after a page finished feeding through it. Both times, USB cables were swapped and software was examined or re-installed, but it turned out to be hardware-related.
