Normally, this service costs $14.49 per month or a $3.50 per month additional charge for subscribers of the company’s regular satellite radio programming. If one of your online buddies passes along one of these promotional codes, however, don’t get too excited. It turns out SiriusXM isn’t feeling quite that generous right now.<\/p>\n Thanks to a customer service employee in SirisuXM Listener Care who doesn’t quite seem to grasp the concept of internal memos, I now have the following to share with you:<\/p>\n Recently, certain\u00a0promotional codes used to start a free six or 12 month trial of SiriusXM Internet Radio were published on the Internet on several blogs.\u00a0\u00a0Unfortunately, these promotional codes were expired.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You will not be able to identify these trialers in\u00a0STARSS however they may reference one of the following codes:<\/p>\n Agent Role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n If you receive a call from someone who is asking about one of the above codes and\/or why the 12 or 6 month SiriusXM Internet Radio Trial they signed up for suddenly stopped working, please use the following positioning:<\/strong><\/p>\n ‘Unfortunately, the promotion code you used expired prior to your enrollment.\u00a0\u00a0As a result, your free trial period is seven days from the first time you began listening to SiriusXM Internet Radio.’<\/p>\n If speaking to a Subscriber:<\/strong><\/p>\n ‘I hope you enjoyed the service. Upon discovery, those unauthorized users of the code had their service terminated and we made them a substitute offer.’<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
