Who has not dreamed of a robot butler of their very own? Who could resist a loyal robot whose only desire is to provide you with intoxicating libations after a long day? Well, through the creative application of a built in WiFi network, a peristaltic pump, and a series of food grade tubes, that dream can be a reality.

In an effort to make the world of cocktails more accessible, Party Robotics has designed 5 “precision cocktail dispensing robots.” Eliminating the mess and guesswork is a design to suit most users’ needs, ranging from a simple multi-use dispenser to the flagship 15-bottle system. Each bot can dispense shots or cocktails with the kind of speed and precision that allows every drink to be as perfectly proportioned as the next. Users can have a drink ready to go in as little as two clicks, on a smart phone or tablet, and 10 seconds. Only nearly perfect, there are some kinks to be worked out like the bots’ inability to serve carbonated beverages or check IDs.

Party Robotics surpassed its Kickstarter fundraising goal on March 31, reaching nearly $200,000. These funds will go toward manufacture and further development of Bartendro robots. Additionally, Party Robotics hopes to compile an open source drink database that allows users to share cocktail recipes with the world.
