Today’s free app is Spinballs<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>by\u00a0Christian Gross<\/a>, which usually runs for $2.49. It can be kind of frustrating, there are only so many kinds of games that play well on a 4″ touch screen. One of those types of games are match 3 puzzle games. Because of that, I have gods knows how many free match 3 games from previous free Amazon offerings.<\/p>\n

Thing is, Spinballs <\/em>is better than most of them.<\/p>\n

It has something of a twist to it, in that a good deal of the game board is empty, forcing you to align colored balls in specific rings. Making matches using the outer rings fills up various power up meters that you can use to clear the board or up your score. It’s all still fairly simple, and a twist on a theme, but it’s a decent twist.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
