Now Engadget has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.engadget.com\/2011\/11\/03\/bandn-launching-nook-tablet-for-249-on-november-16th-and-weve-g\/\" target=\"_blank\">discovered<\/a> that Barnes &amp; Noble plans on making it official by releasing the Nook Tablet on November 16. You can\u00a0 snag something that looks a lot like a Nook Color, but is lighter, has twice the memory, and won&#8217;t need hacking.<\/p>\n<p>How is the Nook Tablet going to stack up to the Kindle Fire? It&#8217;s a little too soon to say, but while Barnes &amp; Noble certainly has the name recognition, what they might lack is Amazon&#8217;s digital infrastructure for non-e-book products. As for the Nook Color, that will drop in price to $199. So, it might be a better deal for those of you who enjoy violating your end user agreements. Although you may want to hold off, as the Nook tablet will have Hulu Plus access.<\/p>\n<p>For those of you that just want an ereader, the same leaked data shows that the Nook Simple Touch will be rebranded as the Nook Simple and priced at a mere $99.<\/p>\n<p>Will any of these Nooks fit your niche?
