Having earlier gotten around the European Injunction on selling the Galaxy Tab 10.1 by releasing the <a href=\"http:\/\/androidcommunity.com\/galaxy-tab-10-1n-released-in-germany-samsung-says-saugen-sie-es-to-apple-20111116\/\" target=\"_blank\">10.1N<\/a> (the difference is the wider bezel), Samsung has now had a similar ban lifted in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2011\/12\/09\/us-apple-samsung-australia-idUSTRE7B801Z20111209?feedType=RSS\">Australia<\/a>. This comes hot on the heals of Apple <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/2011-12-09\/apple-to-appeal-u-s-judge-s-refusal-to-block-samsung-tablet-phone-sales.html\" target=\"_blank\">failing<\/a> to get Samsung&#8217;s phones and tablets banned in the US.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6515\" style=\"width: 190px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/techcitement.comhardware\/tablet\/apple-takes-two-legal-hits-tries-to-walk-it-off\/attachment\/flag1\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6515\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6515\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6515\" title=\"flag1\" src=\"https:\/\/techcitement.comadmin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/flag1-180x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/techcitement.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/flag1-180x300.jpg 180w, https:\/\/techcitement.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/flag1.jpeg 480w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 180px) 100vw, 180px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-6515\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Samsung responded with this new default TouchWiz background<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, from our &#8220;what&#8217;s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander&#8221; department, Motorola has managed to succeed in Germany where Apple failed in the US and has managed to get iPhones and iPads banned in Germany. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.todaysiphone.com\/2011\/12\/motorola-vs-apple-3g-iphones-and-ipads-banned-in-germany\/\" target=\"_blank\">ban<\/a> has to do with Motorola&#8217;s 3G patent and impacts only those models with 3G connectivity.
