PETA Goes XXX

No, this isn’t a hoax or imaginary story, according to the Register, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are planning to create an adult site registered under the new “.xxx” domain. Yes, while other companies are scrambling to pay out $200 before some unethical fellow can make a .xxx “parody” of their site, PETA is embracing the new Top Level Domain.

We can’t really imagine what a porn site run by PETA would look like – will all content note that “no animals were harmed in the making of this film” or some such? I guess that means no BSDM.

I wonder if anyone at PETA has seen Avenue Q.
