Looking for the perfect gift for the health conscious fitness freak in your life? Look no further. Here’s a handy list that’s sure to solve at least one of your gift-giving problems and make sure that eggnog doesn’t win this year. In no particular order:

Tocky: Wanna go to the gym but can’t stop hitting the snooze button soon enough to make it in time? I offer you two solutions. Decide your health and body are your priority no matter what, and tell your boss you’re going to be late to work because you don’t care to give up snoozing and you want to make up for the donuts that Ms. Jenkins brings to work every morning. Or let Tocky get your booty out of bead. Why yes, Tocky is an alarm clock that jumps off your nightstand and rolls away as soon as it goes off in the morning so that you have to chase it down to turn it off. Hilarious? Yes. Full of enormous snoozing solving potential? Double yes.

Vibram FiveFingers shoes: For the runners out there that haven’t tried, I think it’s high time to take them for a test drive. When I switched over to Vibrams, I never looked back.

Bobble: Not only is this water bottle quite the stylish little thing, but the best part is, there’s a water filter in the bottle. It filters as it pours into your thirsty waiting mouth. No need to hesitate about filling up at the drinking fountain ever again.

Gaiam’s Exclusive Balance Ball Chair: YES! Okay, admittedly, I’m pushing the boundaries of what is and isn’t technology here with some of these choices, but I’m definitely pro ball chairs. As long as you are consistent about using them to their full potential I do think they can help keep you a little more active during the day. I’m also against normal chairs. They’re killing the planet and our hips.
