After mysteriously disappearing from Sprint’s official lineup this week, there has been much speculation surrounding the LG Marquee.
No official response from Sprint, however, the device has returned to Sprint.com as of today. It is currently listed as “out of stock”, and e-chat representatives have told customers there is a supply problem from LG. We’re not sure exactly what all this means, but rumors include everything from Sprint allowing third party exclusivity for Black Friday to LG holding back production to apply some sort of critical update to a new batch of handsets.
While this move doesn’t confirm that Sprint intends to get more LG Marquees, at the very least, its return to the lineup is refreshing for those who feared the handset had been discontinued after two months.
