Romance Pants Help You Seduce Your Partner With Tech

Romance Pants

Opening with the appropriately cheesy 70s-style porn music, Team Instructables introduces the world to its creation of Romance Pants. At the mere tug of the zipper, these pants lower the room’s lighting and increase the volume on the music player to a chosen soundtrack to help create a more enticing atmosphere for the activity hopefully about to happen, if the date isn’t too spooked by thinking there are sexy poltergeist in the room. Don’t worry about lighting candles to help set the mood though, because Romance Pants has that handled too.

The romantic coup de grace involves electronically ignited candles triggered by the unbuttoning of the waist button.

Sure, giant geysers of flame shooting up out of nowhere is a surefire way to turn someone on. Or to freak them the hell out.

Romance Pants were created by the team at Instructables as part of Red Bull Creation Contest 2012. What could this year’s contest bring?

Releasing pheromones into the air through the vents when a shirt is unbuttoned?

Heat-sensing sheets that cue the ceiling fan to turn on?

A bra strap that self-releases when a woman becomes aroused? (That one might become troublesome on a cold day.)

Automatic internet search for specific keywords when your date leaves from laughing at or fear of your possessed pants?
